My standard fee is $115 per 50-minute session.
Initial sessions are $155 as they include a more thourough assessment
discussion of your treatment options. Following an initial session, I encourage you to
evaluate the information you receive from me. It is important that you feel
comfortable before we move forward in developing a therapeutic relationship.
If interested, please contact me to schedule a follow-up appointment.
If not, I would be happy to provide referrals
to other therapists
who may be better suited to meet your needs.

I am committed to making therapy affordable
to all who seek it and will discuss reduced fees when applicable.
Payment for services is expected at the time of your
session and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
I am an in-network, contracted provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield(PPO & POS plans), TRICARE and Medicare, but am unable to accept other insurances at this time. I can provide receipts for anyone wishing to file for out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance company.

If you intend to seek reimbursement, clarify these questions with your benefits provider:
  • Do I have coverage for out-of-network providers and what are the limits?
  • What is the process for filing an out-of-network claim?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
please do so at least 48 hours in advance.  Appointments, which are missed or canceled
with less than 48-hour notice, will be billed at the full fee.

The information that you share with me is confidential.  Usually, information about you is shared only with your prior written request.
Exceptions to this general policy include:
1) in cases of abuse or neglect of minors, or the elderly; 2) for reasons of safety and protection, if there is a serious risk of suicide, self-injury, or injury to other parties; and 3) confidential information can, in some cases be subpoenaed by a court.  If you have any questions about confidentiality or any other issues relating to your therapy, please let me know.
